I. Terms of this Agreement to be observed by the member are as follows:

 

     1. The member agrees that they were briefed, have read, or was presented membership information.

 

     2. The member agrees that they understand the membership information provided by We C.A.R.E Financial Institute.

     3. The name above agrees to commit to 3MG of We C.A.R.E Financial Institute for 15 years or through the completion of Phase three, whichever comes first. At this time, this agreement may expire or continue.

 

     4. The member agrees to give WCFI debt information (creditor names, account information, and pay-off balances, and permission to pay on their debt using designated member fees.

 

     5. The member agrees that  they must pay membership fees for one year into 3MG to have Debt paid and/or receive Wealth Building Refund.

 

     6. The member agrees to pay their membership fee corresponding with the membership type selected on the 1st of every month, no later than the 3rd of the month. Pay date for the debts in the members Debt Elimination may be  scheduled to be paid on the 5th of every Month, depending on the method We C.A.R.E Financial Institute Accounting Debt Elimination Payment Schedule.

 

     7. The member agrees that if they fail to pay their membership fee (all or some), their membership is immediately terminated, all benefits are forfeited  and We C.A.R.E Financial Institute can pursue legal/civil matters for violations of the terms of this agreement.

 

II. The terms to be observed by We C.A.R.E Financial Institute are as follows:

 

     1. We C.A.R.E Financial Institute agrees to fulfill the obligations to their members pertaining to the benefits of the membership type selected.

 

     2. We C.A.R.E Financial Institute agrees members debt may be scheduled to be paid off on the 5th of every Month, depending on the method We C.A.R.E Financial Institute Accounting Debt Elimination Payment Schedule.

 

      3. We C.A.R.E Financial Institute agrees to pay the Wealth Building Refund to members on the 10th of January every year after one year of membership (membership anniversary date).

 

      4. We C.A.R.E Financial Institute will hold quarterly members meetings on the last Monday of the Month at 6:30 pm (CST) to discuss specified plans, finances, and events.

III. Special terms and conditions that apply to 3MG membership:

​

     1. Membership can be transferred to an immediate family member when there is an medical emergency, loss of job, or natural disaster.

​

     2. Membership can be terminated when there is an medical emergency, loss of job, or natural disaster.

​

     3. Death of a member will terminate 3MG membership.
